Assist Clinical Educational Coordinators, department and college management and administration with the preparation, negotiation, review, processing and finalization of clinical education affiliation agreements. Assist in the tracking, organizing, management and filing of contracts, agreements, leases and related documents in both hardcopy and through electronic databases. Provide litigation and related support to the General Counsel and other attorneys. Assist with research and investigation. Other duties as assigned.
