The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of personal injury cases, from gathering evidence and negotiating settlements to evaluating case merits and providing client counsel. This role demands strong negotiation skills, a firm understanding of Florida personal injury law, and the ability to handle a large caseload effectively. Trial experience and bilingualism in Spanish are pluses. The candidate will also possess leadership skills to build and manage a legal team and ensure the best outcomes for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the gathering of necessary documents, evidence, and relevant information related to personal injury claims.
• Prepare demand letters and assist in negotiating settlement offers.
• Manage all aspects of personal injury cases, including case evaluation, medical reviews, and negotiation of settlements.
• Provide expert guidance and counsel to clients through effective communication and support.
• Develop and implement litigation plans, handle discovery, and open new case files.
• Negotiate settlements and represent clients in all stages of the litigation process, including trial if necessary.
• Interact with clients during their time of need, maintaining professionalism and empathy.
• Demonstrate strong negotiation and communication skills to achieve favorable case outcomes.
• Lead and manage a legal team, ensuring effective collaboration and case management.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Personal Injury Litigation Attorney with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
• Strong understanding of Florida personal injury law and the ability to handle a large caseload.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the capability to handle complex cases and negotiations.
• Leadership skills to build and manage a legal team effectively.
• Ability to interact empathetically with clients and provide high-quality legal representation.
• Trial experience is a plus.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Education and Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Licensed and in good standing with the Florida State Bar.
