Associate - Boston

Profile

Corporate associate with 1-3 years’ experience to join our Boston office. The position will involve serving the business needs of health care clients, ranging from emerging digital health companies to large health care systems. The ideal candidate will have outstanding academic credentials, strong drafting and analytical skills, and a strong interest in health law and policy. Prior experience in health law is a plus but not required. This is a unique opportunity to work at a specialized firm in a consistently evolving and interesting area of law, handling a wide variety of matters, ranging from general corporate practice to mergers and acquisitions and other affiliations, and related strategic guidance and regulatory compliance advice.
