We are currently seeking associate attorney candidates to practice in one or more of the following areas of practice:

Civil Litigation

Business Transaction and Real Estate

Estate Planning and Administration

Land Use

Applicants shall have strong legal writing, research, and communication skills.  Experience in client communications, legal analysis, entity formation and dissolution, drafting of contracts, drafting of employment policies, preparation of estate planning documents and administration, interviewing witnesses, discovery processes, depositions, motion work, court appearances, participating in mediations and/or arbitrations, handling of matters before government or administrative agencies, preparation of writs, and/or preparing for and participating in trials is desired.  Applicants shall be organized and detail oriented, able to work independently and as part of a team.  Excellent benefits and competitive salary offered.
