The candidate's duties include: Drafting documents. Work with clients to draft and execute wills, trust, and other estate planning documents. Maintain client relationships, meeting with them to execute documents. Perform legal research and writing. Multi-task, meet deadlines, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment. Independently manage cases. Should have a Juris Doctor Degree. 1-3 Years of relevant experience. Excellent drafting, writing, and analytical skills. Understanding of state and federal tax laws, wills, and trusts. Knowledge of Ohio Guardianship and Elder Law. Experience completing complex estate planning. Must be licensed to practice law and Ohio and/or Kentucky.
