The candidate will Identify payments and bills by title and contents, Enter legal data into our software system, Q-Law, Process incoming and outgoing legal documents and communications, Handle incoming and outgoing mail, Scanning, copying, and other document management, Communicate with courts and clients to manage case information, Make numerous daily computations to update and maintain accounting records, Compile data from cashiers to prepare bank deposits. Prepare reports and summaries. Prepare invoices for billing, including totaling numbers, adding dates, and verifying financial data. Verify balancing receipts. Send cash, checks, or other forms of payment to the bank. Post debits and credits. Post details of transactions, total accounts, and compute interest charges. Calculate expenditures. Use our software QLAW to input data into files and post payments. Background, Drug, Credit, and Fingerprint tests done prior to hiring, Strong communication and literacy skills, Ability to learn quickly and ask the appropriate questions to learn the job to the best of your ability.
