Work you'll do

As a Workforce Governance & Risk Senior Consultant, you will use your knowledge of and experience with HR strategy, regulatory controls, talents capabilities, and service delivery to optimize business results and customer experience by:

Working closely with a large team to deliver and drive impactful business results for your client

Leading and manage teams or workstreams to contribute to the overall project success

Maintaining a hands-on role to deliver high quality and innovative solutions

Building and managing client and internal relationships to contribute to your individual growth and development

Workforce Governance & Risk solution through new business development, eminence creation, and regulatory delivery.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree

HR workforce operations functions & processes

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Ability to travel up to 50% (While up to 50% travel is a requirement of the role, due to COVID-19, non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice)

Preferred Qualifications:

4 years of experience in EXTERNAL consulting

Demonstrated knowledge of HR workforce operations functions & processes, with experience in one or more of the following areas: HR Governance & Risk, HR Operations, HR Compliance, Gap Assessments and Employment Regulations

Experience operating in or consulting in highly regulated industries, including but not limited to, Financial Services, Media and Telecommunications, Energy and Natural Resources, etc.

Strong client presence with facilitation, and presentation skills (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint), and strong client delivery through project management skills, and attention to detail

Strong teaching and mentoring capabilities reflected in effective writing, presentation, one-on-one discussion, and other learning experiences

Federal or state-level legislative and/or regulatory experience on HR and employment law issues preferred

Well-organized with the ability to handle several projects/clients simultaneously Dedicated work ethic with a commitment to client service excellence

Experience scoping and managing complex projects with diverse stakeholders

Experience working autonomously in a fast-paced, demanding environment, with competing priorities

JD or paralegal training and experience
