Summary:

This position directly supervises Warehouse Department Team Members.

Duties

Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organizations policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include:

Training team members

Planning, assigning, and directing work

Scheduling and managing overtime

Appraising performance

Disciplining team members

Addressing complaints

Resolving problems

Ensuring accurate inventory counts

Managing housekeeping and sanitation

Ensuring adherence to safety policy

Representing both the facility and the company’s values

Other duties as assigned

Work Environment

While performing the duties of this job, you are regularly exposed to extreme cold. Temperatures in the warehouse vary from -5°F to 36°F. You may be occasionally exposed to vibration. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud. Other duties include ensuring that all product quality and safety processes are being followed consistently promoting a safe work environment and performing other responsibilities as needed.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor s degree or equivalent or 3 years of work experience.

Experience: Experience is not required but is preferred.

Computer Skills: Basic computer skills are preferred but not required.

Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Travel: Some travel may be required to attend training classes.

Special Skills: Motivated self-starter who has the desire to learn and the ability to lead others.

Facility Shifts

This position is for one shift but you may be required to work other shifts as needed.

A Shift

Sunday - Tuesday 6AM6PM, Wednesday 6AM12PM

B Shift

Sunday - Tuesday 6PM6AM, Wednesday 6PM12AM

C Shift

Wednesday 12PM6PM, Thursday - Saturday 6AM6PM

D Shift

Wednesday 12AM6AM, Thursday - Saturday 6PM6AM
