Aon is seeking a Risk Consulting Professional for Healthcare Aon Global Risk Consulting, with more than 1500 professionals in over 30 countries, provides coordinated risk solutions for our clients’ sophisticated property and casualty related risks. We have an excellent career opportunity in our Casualty Risk Consulting practice for a safety/risk control professional with a background in occupational and clinical safety, working to further develop, innovate and grow our consulting services within our healthcare practice. This position has potential client and business development responsibilities throughout the United States and prefer to have a candidate located near one of our East Coast Offices. Job Responsibilities: Completing diagnostic loss analyses and qualitative reviews to identify trends and maximum financial improvement impact for our clients.Conducting and supporting risk, clinical quality and safety process assessments with a focus on operational improvement and financial exposure mitigation.Developing and implementing risk management and injury prevention strategies for fee-based consulting engagements.Facilitating discovery sessions with client stakeholders to understand needs and propose/develop conceptual strategies to address those needsUsing project management skills to assure goals and objectives are appropriate and aligned with services delivered to exceed client expectations.Delivering onsite visit and project reports summarizing services delivered and measurable results achieved.Working collaboratively within teams including risk control, ergonomic and casualty claims staff to implement initiatives for pre and post loss strategies.Supporting business development to Aon offices by rapidly gaining an understanding of client needs, Casualty Risk Control service offerings; and articulating conceptual strategies and Aon resources to appropriately control exposures and costs.Contributing to Aon’s thought leadership in Healthcare by developing innovative solutions; delivering white papers and/or presentations on relevant safety topics for the industry.Aon's professionals are unwavering in their customer focus and integrity.
