Harrison Medical Center is located on the beautiful Washington State Peninsula offering an incredible variety of outdoor life including hiking, boating and skiing. We are part of the CHI Franciscan System and are a non-profit organization.  

We are looking for dynamic and experienced clinical leader for the open position for our two Medical Surgical units, 3West and 3North, at Harrison Medical Center. .

Job Summary:
The Registered Nurse Clinical Manager is responsible for organizing, planning, leading, and directing clinical and management activities for the Medical Surgical units. Accountable for daily operations and oversight of nursing practice and patient care delivery.  Participates as a member of the health care team in maintaining continuity and quality of patient care. Contributes to organizational operations and supports the mission by fostering interdepartmental communication/collaboration.  Demonstrates a high level of ability in leadership, supervisory skills, problem solving, patient advocacy and public relations. 

The Clinical Manager of the Medical Surgical departments is responsible for:
• Operations
• Staff Management and Development
• Regulatory Compliance
• Budget
• Performance/Quality Improvement
• Short- and Long-Term Planning','!*!Job Requirements: 
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing, BSN strongly preferred. 
• Three years’ experience and clinical knowledge in the same or similar clinical specialty. 
• Two years in a charge nurse/ leadership or equivalent position required. 
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse by the Washington State Board of Nursing. 
• Certification in specialty area preferred.
• Current healthcare provider BLS certification.
