Aon is looking for an Associate BrokerAs part of an industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions supporting Risk, in Dallas or Houston, TXYour Impact as An Associate BrokerThe primary function is to assist senior team members with the marketing of placements as well as working directly with clients to bind coverage.  The Associate Broker works closely with Producers, Account Executives and clients to understand client’s needs.Job Responsibilities:Accountable for routine support activities to brokers and senior brokers with defined deadlines, related to renewal strategy documents, proposals, submissions along with data analysis for the placement of insurance solutions. Gain & display coverage competency, knowledge of markets and relationshipsEffectively plan and manage renewal cycleLearn and master placement support systemsMay facilitate and/or participate in client/broker strategy meetings. Develop ability to broke less complex accountsMay send requests for quotations to the insurance carriers with opportunities to negotiation programs.
