The IS&T Portfolio Manager will assume the responsibility for providing the interface between business units/area assigned and IS&T Leadership to ensure the alignment between the delivery of solutions, capabilities or other project work, and the operational and strategic goals and priorities of the business unit. The IS&T Portfolio Manager will partner with, and help focus business leadership efforts in, identifying and formulating initiatives, proposals, and business cases to achieve their objectives, while maintaining alignment with the IS&T environment and strategy through creating awareness and understanding of current and future technological capabilities. Additionally, the IS&T Portfolio Manager will lead large scale, multifaceted key initiatives within MultiCare. Their responsibilities will include defining project scope and framework, defining and obtaining necessary resources, working closely with and obtaining steering committee approvals, while managing project resources, budget and deliverables. Forecasting issues, identifying potential risks and implementing risk mitigation plans is essential while continually keeping close attention to quality. Minimum Requirements:

10 years’ experience managing large complex systems implementation projects with depth of experience in application management and support

Experience as a business focused, change driven, credible leader in a complex and a large enterprise

Experience in a strategic position, in a detail oriented and hands on role

Experience engaging with senior enterprise leaders including physician and clinician stakeholders

10 years of IT leadership experience preferred

Experience in Epic, Lawson platforms is a plus Education/Licenses/Certifications:

BS in Computer Science/Information Technology or related field; consideration will be given for relevant additional healthcare IT leadership experience in lieu of degree

MS or MBA preferred

PMP preferred
