The candidate should have 1-5 years of experience to join our Restructuring, Insolvency & Bankruptcy Group. The successful candidate will work with one of the premier Restructuring practices in the World on interesting and sophisticated matters from commencement to final resolution. The ideal candidate will be experienced with handling restructuring, insolvency and bankruptcy matters, intelligent, hardworking, an excellent writer, thoughtful, driven, and personable. Judicial clerkship experience is not required, but a plus. Excellent academic credentials. Excellent writing, analytical and communication skills. Commitment to team work and excellent client service. Enthusiastic, have initiative, good character, interpersonal skills, a willingness to assume responsibility, 1-5 years of Restructuring, Insolvency and Bankruptcy experience. Experience as a Bankruptcy judicial clerkship is a plus but not required.
