The candidate should have some 5 years of experience in real estate and/or land use experiences, such as permitting/planning/zoning processes throughout the San Francisco Bay Area, condominium conversions/subdivision development, purchase/sale, and leasing transactions. Also a plus: some litigation experience, or willingness to work on hybrid transactional/litigation matters, such as quiet title actions, CC&R enforcement, and purchase/sale disputes. This is a great opportunity to work directly with clients, learn to lead and manage your own caseload, and develop a deeper knowledge of complex real estate issues throughout California.
