Part time Staff Attorney
Candidate will take responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the legal clinic known as Family Legal Assistance at Children’s. Assists families with conservatorships, guardianships, and power of attorney documents; supervise law clerks and volunteers that assist with casework; coordinates with the Legal Department, the Social Services Department, and other departments, as appropriate, to deliver services to patient and families; and assist with educating Children’s staff on matters handled by the legal clinic. Will also assist the President of Family Legal Services at Children’s with board governance and fundraising for the legal clinic.
