Responsibilities: Draft employment agreements and amendments ensuring that they remain consistent and in-line with company standards. Assist with the development and implementation of corporate and compliance policies and procedures. Help individualize and distribute in-service training modules and compliance materials. Monitor and maintain a summary of ongoing litigation. Draft and maintain summaries of Service Agreements between affiliated entities and hospitals nationwide. Assist with the development and implementation of a document management system. Coordinate with Payroll, HR, Credentialing, and other support groups as needed.
