Antitrust and Competition Associate

The candidate should be a junior to mid-level associate having 3+ years of experience (private firm or government agency) in antitrust to assume significant responsibilities in mergers and acquisitions/joint ventures, antitrust investigations (FTC/DOJ/State AG), complex litigations (particularly federal), and client counseling. Experience with technology industries, pharmaceuticals, health care, and retail is desirable. Should be able to demonstrate strong research, writing and analytic skills and excellent academic credentials. Must currently be licensed, or currently be eligible to become licensed, to practice law in CA.
