Description

The Senior IT Business Performance/Process Improvement Professional provides architecture and delivery support for the ServiceNow Service Catalog capability, including projects and any related improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

This role will define requirements for future development, and identifies and analyzes approach, architecture and fit for the platform for changes/enhancements to ServiceNow Service Catalog capabilities. Other responsibilities include test case validation, Testing/UAT/PPV coordination, requirements documentation, process improvement, developer liaison, troubleshooting, and release management. The role will influence department's strategy, makes decisions on complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and perform work without direction. This role will exercise considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent in work experience.

5 or more years of technical experience, to include business analysis and design

ServiceNow certifications (CSA) as well as experience

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Experience in problem analysis and process documentation

Experience with Microsoft office suite

Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experience

Must be a high performing, collaborative problem-solver able to integrate with existing team

Preferred Qualifications

Master's Degree in Business Administration or a related field

Prior experience in the health solutions industry

Prior experience with Service Catalog development within ServiceNow

Knowledge of software development lifecycle

Additional Information
