Lien Specialist
The candidates must have at least 1-3 years experience working in medical billing and/or collections. Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Job duties include the following: Review and research outstanding liens to determine appropriateness of liens and liability per Official Medical Fee Schedule; Communicate with medical providers, attorneys, and all other outstanding lien holders via phone, fax, and e-mail; Negotiate lien resolution within parameters set by the firm on behalf of clients; Communicate and update clients with case status regarding outstanding liens; Bill and dictate letters to clients and lien claimants; Should have Strong customer service experience.
