The candidate will conduct legal research. Draft memoranda, pleadings, briefs, and other legal documents. Assist in civil discovery. Interview current and potential clients. Work with outside co-counsel. Participate in litigation strategy. Current third-year or otherwise graduating (class of 2023) law student is needed. Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills are needed. Proficiency with WESTLAW and other legal research platforms is required. Significant experience with The Blue Book: A Uniform System of Citation is needed. Demonstrated public interest/public service interest or experience is required.
