Health Law Associate (Regulatory)
The candidate should be graduated with a JD or LLM from an ABA-accredited law school. Should be admitted to or eligible for admission to the MA, NY or DC Bar. Should have 4+ years of experience working on matters in the health care industry. Experience with FDA, DEA, and/or pharmacy regulatory matters is preferred. Should have excellent written/verbal communication skills, as this position requires an immediate partner and client contact, high level of professionalism in working and engaging with demanding clients. Should be able to balance and prioritize multiple competing priorities and responsibilities, be highly organized and exercise extreme attention to detail, able to collaborate and work effectively in team settings.
