10 years of specific experience working with Transformational change management theory and methodologies aligned to a global product model evolution
Experience in an Agile/scaled Agile product transformations
Experience acting as an internal consultant on transformational change strategy/deliverables for regional or global strategic change initiatives including engagement, communications & learning, behavior change, readiness and adoption
Demonstrated ability to influence others, at multiple levels of the organization, from entry-level employees to executives.
Proven presentation and facilitation skills, including high profile, executive communications. Ability to stitch the narrative and story of change impact into broader communications.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Organizational Development or related disciplines. Master’s degree preferred. 10 years of work experience in lieu of degree required.
Key industry certifications such as Prosci or relevant change management or transformative experience
Excellent presentation/communication skills, with the ability to distill sophisticated analyses and recommendations into executive level insights and debriefs. We are looking for a confident leader who will effectively establish relationships, resolve conflicts, both internally and externally
Strong leadership skills with the ability to seek initiatives and transformation that extend beyond WHQ. Comfortable with taking the appropriate risks and making tough decisions when required. We are looking for a leader who will be critical and effective in bridging the gaps and serving as a critical liaison for Global Technology.

We need an experienced Enterprise Transformation & Culture Change Director to join our Enterprise Transformation team. You’re an excellent teammate and entrepreneurial problem solver who brings your own ideas about traditional organizational change and using strategic innovation to help us drive our transformations. You love to utilize your experience collaborating with others, and are comfortable working in a dynamic, ambiguous, and highly matrixed environments.
WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?
You will drive groundbreaking change from adoption through business benefit realization, with a philosophy of “integrated Ways of Working.” You’ll anticipate internal and external business cultural nuances and recommend solutions, while presenting sophisticated ideas, anticipating objections, and persuading others to adopt a different point of view. You’ll also mentor others on the awareness and skills in Transition and Change Management. You will become part of an Enterprise Transformation Office passionate about elevating the Global Technology’s playing field.
This role will be responsible for driving the story and change journey across multiple transformations within the organization. Ability to develop the narrative, understanding of the change impact, and the communications aligned to a cohesive story will be key.
WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH?
You will engage and set shared goals with senior-level partners, and optimally collaborate with senior leaders, managers, and distributed team members. You also will work with other teams, resources, and functions, guiding them on Transition and Change Management principles.
