The candidate facilitate the activities of the office for the firm staff, clients, lawyers, and visitors. Perform clerical functions in compliance with firm policies and procedures. Manage reception area; greet clients and families as they arrive at the firm. Answer phone calls and provide information; relay messages and transfer calls. Provide timely information regarding firm services and procedures. Maintain an organized office and allow firm staff to focus on the clients and firms needs. Take and record clients’ medical history and verify motor vehicle insurance policy information (MVA Only). Handle client record management and ensure accurate documentation. Practice strict procedures on safeguarding the confidentiality of data and firm security. High school diploma; or relevant associate degree or certificate preferred.
