Profile

We are currently seeking an associate for a full-time position in our Chicago office. Primary responsibilities will include: case development (including investigating potential tech fraud and privacy-related violations and also overseeing technical assessments of software and hardware), factual and legal research, complaint drafting, client interaction, and discovery matters.

Candidates should have the following:

Computer/Technical background. Computer science or computer engineering degree preferred. Degree not necessary with other relevant experience.

Excellent academic record from a top law school

0-4 years of legal experience.

Creative intellect and ability to navigate issues of first impression.

Superior writing and research skills mandatory.
