Duties:

• Represent clients in bad faith insurance claims related to personal injury and property damage cases.
• Manage all phases of litigation, including pre-trial, trial, and post-trial procedures.
• Develop case strategies and prepare necessary legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and settlement offers.
• Conduct depositions, witness examinations, and court hearings.
• Negotiate settlements with opposing parties to reach favorable outcomes for clients.
• Maintain consistent communication with clients, keeping them informed about case progress and developments.
• Work collaboratively with other attorneys, paralegals, and legal assistants to support case preparation and management.
• Stay informed about changes in insurance law, personal injury law, and related legal practices.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in handling bad faith insurance litigation, including trial experience.
• Strong background in personal injury and property damage cases.
• Ability to work independently and manage a caseload with minimal supervision.
• Excellent negotiation and settlement skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage complex case files.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in the California Bar.

Certifications:
