The candidate will be managing compensation programs to ensure the company offers a competitive total compensation package to recruit and retain the right talent to achieve the annual business plan. Completing matching of internal positions to market survey, price positions based on size of company and state/national locations, and analyze shifts in the marketplace on a quarterly basis. Bachelor’s degree of Science or Bachelor of Administration degree in Human Resource Management is preferred. Should preferably have 5+ years experience in a Compensation, Benefits, or Compliance Administrative environment. Should preferably have 2+ years demonstrated success in human resources leadership position. Master’s or law degree is preferred. Paycom HRIS experience is preferred. Manufacturing environment experience is needed. SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification is a plus.
