Corporate Counsel
Duties: Review, draft, and advise others on a wide range of commercial agreements such as master services agreements, amendments to existing customer agreements and non-disclosure agreements. Serve as a point of contact for other departments, including sales and deal desk, to assist with ad hoc legal matters. Support business teams in structuring and negotiating agreements with vendors. Manage corporate governance and legal compliance for US and International entities. Assist the finance team in handling customer collection matters. Represent the legal team on various company initiatives and projects as required. Maintain corporate database system and legal files. Assist in updating contract templates, drafting global corporate policies and processes. Other duties may include advising on general corporate, vendor relationships and risk management issues.
