This position is a leader of leaders role supporting the Audit, Compliance, and Technology Management work stream within the Workforce Management Time & Attendance team. This role requires strategic thinking and passion for using leadership, analysis, and technology to drive business decisions at all levels.

Responsibilities :

Leading a salaried and hourly team in conducting various audits to ensure accurate time entry and record cards for the Walt Disney World hourly Cast base.

Leading continuous improvement efforts on internal processes for accuracy and efficiency.

Leveraging extensive partnerships to maintain appropriate controls and compliance with collective bargaining agreements, company policy, and FLSA specific to time entry, record card, reprimands, and FMLA processes.

Applying various software and technology solutions to minimize manual effort through automation.

Basic Qualifications :

Demonstrated strong leadership for at least two years

Demonstrated analytical, quantitative, and technical skills

Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and/or projects with minimal supervision

Demonstrated aptitude to quickly learn various software systems and demonstrated proficiency with Workbrain and SAP

Ability to synthesize multiple data inputs to create an actionable story for clients

Ability to work autonomously, make independent decisions, and react professionally to changing conditions

Ability to work effectively with all levels of Cast and leaders to achieve project objectives

Prioritization of multiple interdependent projects while monitoring and communicating progress

Maintain relationships via strong inter-personal and communication skills and demonstrate independent follow thru on all commitments with minimum oversight

Demonstrated experience developing solid relationships with various teams/partners to move work forward

Preferred Qualifications :

Prior experience with MVC, ASP.NET, C#, all components of Microsoft SQL Server, and Oracle

Proven experience with Cast Deployment System (CDS), GEMS, Extra Hours Hotline, Labor Service Center, and EiSS

3 years of leadership experience and at least one year of leader of leader experience

Proven working experience with Database Management software and advanced statistical techniques

Demonstrated ability in strategic problem solving, issue identification, and the development of practical business solutions

Proven knowledge and understanding of the WDP&R culture and operations

Experience in HR family roles such as Compensation, Labor Relations, Employee Relations, DWSS Payroll, or HRIS

Required Education :

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or an equivalent field / work experience.
