Duties:

• Collaborate with senior litigators to develop litigation strategies for medical malpractice defense.
• Draft and review pleadings, discovery, memos, briefs, and other legal documents.
• Analyze medical records to support defense strategies.
• Represent clients in court proceedings.
• Participate in depositions, conferences, hearings, and all aspects of medical malpractice litigation.
• Interact with medical experts to gather essential insights.
• Conduct legal and medical research and analysis to support cases.
• Draft legal motions and related documents.
• Work cooperatively with colleagues to ensure effective defense strategies.
• Engage directly with clients to provide legal counsel.

Requirements:

• Admission to practice in New York.
