Senior Attorney Financial Services

The candidate will provide guidance and support on organizational legal issues specifically related to the ongoing operations of the Company's financial services. Create and implement relevant policies, procedures and training for company employees. Manage and counsel the business on complex commercial agreements. Understand and communicates relevant laws and regulations to internal stakeholders including all applicable state and federal laws and regulations that impact the Company's financial services. Assist in the ongoing development and execution of the company's Anti-Money Laundering and Know Your Customer programs. Manage and provide counsel for ongoing compliance with state and federal regulatory requirements. Understand broader set of issues outside of the discipline, looks horizontally and vertically to consider multiple job areas, and draws from experience to formulate defense or initiate legal actions. Collaborate with senior Legal team members. Advise business on best practices to reduce liability. Perform other duties as assigned.
