The candidate will assist with month-end processes, including the preparation, creation and distribution of month-end reports. Organize documentation, assist with payroll and journal entries. Process cash receipts, accounts payable, trust receipts and disbursements as needed. Perform monthly bank reconciliations. Assist with the monthly review and compilation of supporting documentation for firm credit card charges. Generate, format and upload reports for voucher data. Assist with time entry change requests from attorneys, as needed. Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in Accounting or a closely related field from an accredited school. Should have 1+ years of accounting experience with general ledgers, financial statements, and revenue cycles. Previous experience with Elite or 3E is preferred.
