The candidate will be responsible for directing and managing the Office of General Counsel. Acting as the primary legal counsel and Chief Compliance Officer for the Association and its affiliated entities. Analyzing and interpreting laws and regulations that impact the organization and its member credit unions. Providing leadership, direction, and integration on compliance-related activities and initiatives. Doctorate Degree is required. Should preferably have compliance experience with an emphasis in the areas of banking, business and corporate law and regulations.
