The candidate must have 3 – 10 years of experience. Conduct depositions. Develop litigation strategies. Draft litigation papers. Manage cases independently. Perform investigations, Prepare cases for trial, Report to insurance carriers and other clients, Summarize medical document review. Will also be exposed to preparing motions, conducting examinations under oath and depositions, and conducting extensive document review in sophisticated insurance litigation. Admission to the New York State Bar. At least 3 years of relevant experience. Able to work in a fast-paced environment. Familiar with all phases of discovery. Have an interest in investigating and litigating insurance claims. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
