Job Details:

General Maintenance positions are responsible for keeping machinery running to maintain continuous production. You must be able set up, adjust, and break down production line machinery. Must be able to learn Tyson SAP software to make work orders and fill out the daily documentation that is required in the system. Must be able to communicate. Must be able to use math as needed to make work related computations for machinery, fluid capacities, etc. Must be able to lift 70 lbs. on a daily basis and be able to work on your feet for a period of 12 hours. Must be willing to complete all required training for the job.

Background check is required. Plant Maintenance positions require that the applicant is currently enrolled in an Industrial Maintenance Program OR have 6 months of experience working in Industrial Maintenance OR one year of classroom training from a Technical College OR must have graduated from a technical college with a certification in Electronics Technology or Industrial Maintenance Technology. Industrial Maintenance will be considered work in mechanic, fabricator, electrician or plant maintenance. Applicants will be considered from the following counties in AR: Washington, Benton and Madison. They will also be considered from McDonald County in MO.
