The candidate will prepare/revise/finalize correspondence, pleadings, and other legal documents including, Federal and State court filings. Maintain attorney calendars; docket court deadlines; make travel arrangements; process monthly expense reports. Organize and process high volume of emails. Run conflict checks, open new client/matter engagements, maintain electronic and paper client files, set-up billing requirements for clients. Schedule client meetings, hearings, and court appearances and communicate with clients as necessary. Assist with billing/client invoices. Should have 5+ years of recent State and Federal litigation experience within a law firm. Proficiency using Microsoft Suite products. Experience with a document management system, a docketing platform, and a billing and time entry programs preferred. Typing of 65+ wpm.
