Manager, Coaching
The candidate will support the firm’s talent development strategy by working with lawyers and professional staff to identify and achieve their career goals. Coach lawyers and professional staff one-on-one to identify and achieve their career goals. Assist the Director, Career Coaching, with management of the Coaching at the firm program, including compiling data, tracking participation, communicating with outside vendors, and budgeting. Develop and present programs on coaching-related topics to diverse audiences, as well as programs promoting Coaching at the firm. Collaborate with various functions within the firm, such as Learning & Professional Development, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, and the Goodwin Experience Initiative to promote Goodwin’s culture. Collaborate with business unit leaders, attorney development managers and HR business partners to identify appropriate coaching resources. Keep abreast of developments in the talent development industry and identify opportunities for innovation or greater efficiency. Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent experience is required. Juris Doctor is strongly preferred. Should preferably have 5+ years of experience in executive coaching. Should preferably have a coaching certificate from an accredited coaching program and an ICF accreditation.
