  • Manage multiple assignments concurrently, ensuring high-quality work products.
  • Represent clients in court, including handling trials and hearings as necessary.
  • Collaborate with other attorneys, clients, and experts to develop effective litigation strategies.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of railroad litigation laws, regulations, and industry trends.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
  • Utilize Microsoft Word and Outlook (Microsoft Office 365 preferred) for legal document preparation and case management.

Requirements:

  • 2-10 years of experience in railroad civil litigation and handling FELA cases.
  • Strong academic credentials and exceptional writing skills.
  • Experience in trial work is preferred.
  • Excellent research, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments and produce high-quality work.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook (Microsoft Office 365 preferred).
  • Admission to practice law and in good standing in their respective state.

Education:

  • JD degree from an accredited law school.
