Entry-Level Real Estate Attorney
The candidate will be responsible for: Marketing high-end residential units. Property management. Develop understanding of Landlord Tenant Ordinance. Leasing. Sales. Accounting. Any additional tasks as needed. Must have passed the BAR Exam and is willing to take (or preferably already has) the IL Real Estate Broker's License exam within 60 days after being hired. Preferred undergraduate degree in Business, Accounting, Marketing, or in a Construction-related field. Must have the ability to develop new marketing strategies, adapt to new ideas, perform market analysis of similar real estate in the same area.
