The candidate will be responsible for managing and supporting a diverse range of litigation and pre-litigation matters, as well as providing day-to-day legal advice to a variety of business units within the company. Will be developing case strategy in partnership with business units and driving the resolution of litigation disputes. Managing outside counsel. Reviewing and approving pleadings and motions, and attending court hearings and depositions. Coordinating discovery, including collection and production of materials.
