Kirkland & Ellis is actively seeking an associate to join the Litigation practice group in our Washington, DC office, with a focus on governmental investigations. Our ideal candidate would have one to four years of experience counseling financial institutions or other industry-leading clients facing complex and significant regulatory, enforcement, and reputational matters. Experience involving matters with the SEC, FINRA, DOJ, CFPB, or other federal and state regulators would be preferred. Excellent writing skills, attention to detail, and strong academic credentials are required.
