This role is ideal for a motivated attorney with a background in personal injury law, who is capable of managing a large docket of cases and thrives in a fast-paced legal environment. The attorney will play a crucial role in representing clients and negotiating settlements across Ohio.

Duties:

• Investigate case details and gather damage evidence.
• Negotiate case settlements, including lien resolution where applicable.
• Maintain regular communication with clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, and insurance representatives.
• Collaborate with legal teams to achieve firm-wide objectives.
• Supervise and guide support staff.
• Perform other duties as necessary to support case outcomes.

Requirements:

• Must be admitted to practice law in the State of Ohio.
• 2-5 years of experience in plaintiff or defense personal injury practice.
• Previous experience in insurance defense or claims handling is highly advantageous.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Familiarity with Needles case management software is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Exceptional negotiation skills and ability to work effectively under pressure.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in the Ohio Bar.

Certifications:

• Ohio Bar admission is required.
