Duties : Will focus on client coordination by phone and in person. Client intake. Petition and schedule review and filing. Coordination of Chapter 13 Plans. Litigation support. Case management, including docketing and calendaring. The candidate should be Chapter 7 and 13 bankruptcy expertise. Experience with Chapter 11 bankruptcy, collections and real estate law is desirable. Must be detail-oriented. Proficient in Best Case and Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Experience managing a large case load. Ability to maintain confidential legal files. Ability to proofread. Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.
