Queens office of our client seeks associate attorney with preferably 1-3 years of experience. The candidate will represent predominantly Central American clientele in immigration proceedings. Will work closely with paralegals maintaining accurate records and notes on all cases. Write legal briefs, motions, and petitions before EOIR, USCIS, ICE, CBP, and preferably to have prior immigration court litigation and family court experience. Experience in real estate, personal injury, or matrimonial is a plus. Must be Bilingual Spanish-speaking attorney to make Family Court and Immigration Court appearances. Should be admitted in any state (preferably New York) for Bar. For Family, court experience must have NYS license.
