The candidate will be managing employment litigation including class and collective actions and EEOC matters. Advising the HR function and company management on employment matters. Assisting with internal investigations. Should have 5 years of experience in a corporate legal department (or equivalent experience in a law firm). Must have graduated from an accredited law school and be admitted to a State Bar. The ability to handle a considerable volume of work and to work under pressure with multiple/shifting deadlines. Excellent analytical, communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills. The ability to solve problems and to work well individually and as a team member.
