Duties: The candidate will review of policy forms and pricing documents, advise on modeling of inforce policies, and participate in recommendations to senior business leadership. Provide advice and support to team proactively managing inforce life insurance in a manner consistent with the fair and equitable treatment of policyholders, legal and regulatory requirements and Lincoln’s Shared Values. Advise business leaders regarding the proper implementation of life insurance policy requirements on policy administrative systems. Participation in product development process, advise on policy design, sales illustrations, marketing materials, policy language, state filing, administrative system issues, and participate in the registration process for variable life policies. Advise on new reinsurance treaty language and placement, interpretation of inforce treaties, administration of treaties and potential disagreements with reinsurers. Process improvements pre-sale, point of sale and future digital and data driven processes.
