The candidate will handle all phone and web-based leads, complete administrative tasks including notating files, reporting on calls, opening new files and completing ongoing training. True team player and is revered as the backbone of our business. Should have 5+ years of experience in a call center environment. Experience managing a multi-line phone system, including parking calls, transferring and putting callers into voicemail. Experience managing high call volume. Works well under pressure and can multi-task. Demonstrated empathy, active listening, problem-solving and exemplary communication skills. Complete understanding and application of the following systems: Microsoft office. Knowledge in other applications a plus: Docusign, Lead Docket, Needles Case Management.
