Job Overview: A law firm in Atlanta, GA, is seeking a Litigation Of Counsel with extensive experience in product liability and complex commercial litigation. Duties:

• Communicate effectively with clients, lawyers, business professionals, and third parties.
• Supervise and mentor associate attorneys.
• Collaborate with experts in various fields relevant to litigation cases.
• Assist in fact development and participate in depositions.
• Review and draft discovery responses, briefs, motions, and memoranda.
• Contribute to the development of case strategies.

Requirements:

• Minimum 8+ years of litigation experience, preferably at an AmLaw 100 firm.
• Experience in product liability and complex commercial litigation.
• Background in the pharmaceutical and medical device industry is advantageous.
• Strong analytical and writing skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Sound business judgment and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Demonstrated oral and written communication proficiency.
• Proficiency in research and problem-solving.
• Conceptual thinking and ability to influence others effectively.
• Management skills for supervising associates.

Education and Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Strong academic credentials from nationally recognized institutions.
• Preferably licensed to practice law in New York.
• Admitted to practice in Georgia (GA).
