They develop collaborative coaching relationships with their assigned participants, providing support, encouragement and education through program facilitation and motivational interviewing.u202Fu202Fu00A0u00A0What youu2019ll dou202Fu00A0Assess participant health, environment, nutrition and behaviors using a variety of assessments; identify specific goal(s) to support participant health and behavior changes.u202Fu202Fu00A0Utilize evidence based coaching skills to set health-related goals and develop/implement strategies to reach those goals.u202Fu00A0Provide coachingu202Fand educationu202Frelated to nutrition, exercise, sleep, stress management, tobacco cessation and other wellness topics.u202Fu202Fu00A0Learn and leverage motivational interviewing techniques when engaging with members virtually/telephonically.u202Fu202Fu00A0Provide exceptional customer service to members, providers, office staff, and other representatives via inbound and outbound calls and via online inquiries regarding claims, benefits, eligibilities, provider searches and other health-related topics.u202Fu00A0Complete outbound calls to engage withu202Fparticipants that are eligible for program enrollment and will provide necessary health coaching to reduce or eliminate high-risk behaviors, including Tobacco Cessation.u202Fu00A0Guide members and providers through the cost and complexity of healthcare; conduct research on members' behalf to resolve healthcare issues.u202Fu00A0Assure all member referrals are completed in a timely manner and documented according to client procedure.u202Fu00A0Use Quantum Health's systems and technology to accurately document all interactions related to patient care.u202Fu00A0All other duties as assigned.u202Fu00A0u00A0What youu2019ll needu202Fu00A0Education: Bachelor's degree in a health-related field (e.g.u202FExercise Physiology,u202FPublic Health, Health Science, Nutrition, etc.) required.u202Fu00A0Strong working knowledge ofu202Fcurrent health issues and behavior-change strategies.u202Fu00A0Able to achieve and maintainu202Frole-related certifications (e.g. health education, Certified Health Education Specialist, healthu202Fcoaching, nutrition).u202Fu00A0Demonstrated ability to work with diverse populations and cultural backgrounds; Bilingual (Spanish/English) is preferred, not required.u202Fu00A0Strong customer service, active listening and interpersonal communication skills to identify critical core competencies based on success factors and organizational environment.u202Fu00A0Willing to accept flexibility in weekday working hours;u202Fneeds to be available from 7:00 AM -10:00 PM based on business needu202Fu00A0Tobacco-free status for at least one year.u202Fu00A0Strong administrative/technical skills; Comfort working on a PC using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), IM/video conferencing (Teams & Zoom), and telephones efficiently.u202Fu202Fu00A0Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
