Winston & Strawn’s Chicago office is looking for a practice attorney to join its investment management/investment funds practice group, which is a fast-growing practice within the firm. Specifically, the group is looking for an attorney who has a strong interest in working with registered investment advisers and mutual funds. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience representing mutual funds on all regulatory and compliance matters as well as representing registered investment advisers that advise mutual funds. This is not a partnership track position. While Chicago is our preferred location for this position, candidates for our other offices will be considered. All candidates must be admitted to the state bar of their preferred office location.
