Compliance Assurance Specialist
The candidate will establish the scope, objectives, sampling methodology, and test scripts for each compliance test (includes Fair Lending). Schedule and participate in entrance and exit meetings with business unit leaders for each compliance test. Perform compliance tests. Prepare “Compliance Review Report” that summarizes results, findings and recommendations for affecting control improvements. Obtain management action plans with respect to any findings. Document findings and management action plans in the ERM Issue Management report; follow-up to ensure timely completion; validate closure. Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Complete all required compliance training. Maintain knowledge of and adhere to internal compliance policies and procedures. Take responsibility to keep up to date with changing regulations and policies.
